I don’t believe that there’s a better duo than avocado & toast
First things first, avocado is a FRUIT not a vegetable. Avocados contain 4 gram of protein which makes them the highest fruit containing protein. They have anti-aging “powers” to make your skin glow & stay youthful.
The origin of the word “avocado” comes from Spanish explorers – they could not pronounce the Aztec word for avocado “ahuacatl” so they called the avocado “aguacate.”
